Will you join us for a 12-day prayer journey through Colossians 1:9-11 for your children?
Author, Diane Strack writes that your children, like all children, are sinners. They will fight, talk back, make bad choices and embarrass you. They will also show love, kindness, make great effort to please you and bless those in their path. No one can deny that navigating this present culture can be a nightmare for families. For many children, the burden of approaching adulthood and the everyday stresses of life are more than they can bear. They need you, mom, pouring out your heart in prayer no matter their age as they make critical decisions and face tough circumstances.
Here is a sample excerpt from the 12-day email series you will receive:
“Think about it: What is a good time for you to set aside to pray earnestly for your children—early in the morning, before bed or during the day? For Janice it was 5:30 a.m., but for you it may be several times during the day. Set a time, plan it daily and keep a prayer journal or a notebook in the same spot so that you can record both requests and answers. It can be 10 minutes, an hour or short prayers throughout the day. The key is consistency and faith.”
