Clinical Director – Anti-Trafficking

The Clinical Director of Anti-Trafficking Mobile Teams oversees all aspects of clinical services by the One More Child Anti-Trafficking Mobile Teams.

Some Essential Duties and Functions are:

15% Provide clinical oversight to clinicians of Anti-Trafficking Mobile Teams.

15% Ensure the delivery of all aspects of clinical services including clinical quality management, implementation of evidenced-based treatments, testing/assessment, clinical outcomes initiatives, compliance with funding entities and other regulatory requirements.

10% Support clinicians in crisis intervention care in the immediate needs of victims as needed.

10% Assist Mobile Team Clinicians in assessing clients and developing/implementing individual clinical treatment plans and providing oversight as to progress and goal attainment of clinical treatment plans.

10% Participate on multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment.

10% Facilitate trainings for Clinicians, Peer Mentors and Advocates to ensure clients are receiving trauma-informed services.

10% Complete documentation as required by funding entities, courts, and referral sources.

10% Provide consultation to clinical staff and guidance in implementing evidence-based modalities including but not limited to TF-CBT, DBT, CT, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.

10% Stay current on emerging research in best practices and evidence-based practices specifically in serving populations who have experienced complex trauma and commercial sexual exploitation.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a Master’s degree with a concentration in one of the areas of Counseling such as: Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
  • Experience with clients who have experienced complex trauma including sexual abuse and/ or sexual exploitation.
  • Experience supervising clinical staff
  • LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
  • Qualified Supervisor for registered interns seeking licensure as clinical social workers, mental health counselors, and marriage and family therapists.
