Dear Mission Trip Participants,
We are continually monitoring developments regarding the spread and containment of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S. and around the world. As of right now – we are not making any changes to our summer mission trip schedule and are hopeful that all of our teams slated to fly out May 30 and later will still be able to serve children and families as originally scheduled.
We made the decision recently to suspend all global travel for One More Child mission teams through May 29, but our hope is that over the next several weeks there will be positive developments regarding containment of the coronavirus.
As One More Child continues to take the necessary precautions to best serve and protect our mission trip participants, we ask that you would join us in prayer for all who have been impacted by the coronavirus, as well as medical professionals in our locations globally as important decisions are made related to the illness.
We are always committed to heeding expert advice and making decisions that are in the best interest of every team member’s health and safety. In the coming weeks we will swiftly notify you of any changes to your itinerary.
In the meantime, please do not hesitate to ask us questions by contacting our global staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or 863.577.4488.
Thanks for your commitment to being the hands and feet of Christ – we look forward to getting back out on the global mission field with you soon!
Together for One More Child,
Jerry T. Haag, Ph.D., CFP®
