Erin Ambrose serves as Senior Director of Annual Philanthropy at One More Child, providing leadership to the Annual Fund team and helping strengthen relationships with donors who make the organization’s work possible. She and her team are committed to ensuring donors understand the impact of their generosity while helping them feel valued, cared for and connected to One More Child’s mission.

Erin joined One More Child in 2022 as Engagement Team Coordinator and was promoted within her first year to lead the Annual Fund team within Development. Prior to joining One More Child, she spent 11 years teaching math in Polk County public schools.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Professional Leadership from Southeastern University. She considers her work at One More Child a calling and is grateful for the opportunity to play a role in work that makes a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and taking advantage of Florida’s beautiful outdoors.

Taryn Elliot serves as Senior Director of Institutional Philanthropy at One More Child, leading efforts to build and strengthen relationships with foundations and other institutional donors. Through these partnerships, Taryn helps connect organizations with opportunities to support One More Child’s work serving vulnerable children and struggling families.

Taryn joined One More Child in 2022 after spending nine years as an Assistant Vice President for a community bank. It was during her banking career that she was first introduced to One More Child through a partnership that provided Christmas gifts for children served by the ministry.

Taryn earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Her passion for her work is rooted in the belief that there is always one more child in need of help, hope and the good news of the Gospel. She considers it a privilege to connect people and organizations with opportunities to help children experience hope, healing and the knowledge that they are loved and cared for.

Taryn is a member of First Baptist Church Plant City, where she serves in the children’s ministry and on the Night to Shine Committee. Outside of work and church, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, often on the soccer field where her husband coaches their daughter’s team.

Hannah Love serves as Philanthrophy Officer at One More Child in Central Florida. She is responsible for cultivating and stewarding donor relationships on behalf One More Child. 

Hannah graduated from the University of Florida in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Non-Profit Leadership. In 2018, she joined the One More Child family in the Global Department and later joined the Development team in 2019. Prior to joining One More Child, Hannah served overseas with the International Mission Board. She has a heart for helping children and families both locally and globally. Hannah is a member of First Baptist Church of Umatilla.
