Pam Fuller serves as Executive Director of Development, where she leads a highly capable team of fundraising professionals, builds meaningful relationships with donors, and champions Women of Compassion—a world-changing community of women committed to bringing hope and security to vulnerable children.

With a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Florida, Pam spent more than 24 years serving alongside elected officials at both the state and federal levels. Today, she considers it a God-sized privilege to use her experience, leadership, and passion to help One More Child transform the lives of children and families in need.

Pam is a member of Lakes Church, where she serves in the preschool ministry. When she’s not advocating for children or connecting with generous supporters, you’ll likely find her doting on her adorable grandsons. A published author, cancer survivor, and devoted college football enthusiast, Pam brings resilience, joy, and a genuine love for people to everything she does.
