El Salvador is home to more than 100 volcanoes and is a surfer’s paradise with a long coastline bordering the Pacific Ocean. Sadly, amongst all this natural beauty, four out of ten Salvadorians struggle in poverty. 14 percent of children experience growth stunting due to malnutrition, and almost 25% of school-aged children do not attend school.
One More Child is bringing transformative care to children in El Salvador by partnering with a Christian school network.
OUR IMPACT IN EL SALVADOR
Mission Trips
Ministry Opportunities in El Salvador for short-term mission teams include serving vulnerable children and struggling families. You may distribute food to children, volunteer at a school, visit homes to share Scripture and pray, and provide medical care.
Child Sponsorship
In partnership with a local church and Christian school network, we are working diligently to help meet physical, educational, and spiritual needs of vulnerable children and struggling families through our Child Sponsorship program. Sponsorship provides children a Christian education, regular nutrition, necessary medical care, and consistent opportunities to hear the gospel.
Community Development
By partnering with the Christian school network, One More Child meets the educational needs of children in El Salvador. Additional, we have a feeding program for children, providing adequate food and nutrition throughout the school day.

Sponsor a Child
Child Sponsorship meets the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of children all around the world. For only $35 a month you can provide critical nutrition, education, medical care, and opportunities to grow spiritually to a child in poverty. You will also be able to build a relationship with your sponsored child through letters. Join one of our mission trips to visit your sponsored child!
