Winning Ryder Cup captain and lead golf analyst for NBC Sports, Paul Azinger, alongside Attorney General Ashley Moody, and World Champions Cup/PGA Tour champion, Peter Jacobsen, co-host a tournament to stop human trafficking.

On a Monday morning in November, players gathered on the greens for a cause to end trafficking. The tournament Teeing Off to Stop Human Trafficking raised funds that will support One More Child’s advocacy and prevention efforts. We are deeply moved and encouraged by the support of leaders like Attorney General Ashley Moody who are advocating for a difference.
”Florida is the 3rd worst state in the nation for the number of human trafficking reports to the national hotline,” said Sara Mahoney, co-chair of the event. “However, under the leadership of Attorney General Ashley Moody, Florida leads the nation in fighting this heinous crime.”
One More Child’s Anti-Trafficking Mobile Teams work throughout Florida and in other states to provide direct support to teens and young adults who have been exploited through commercial sex trafficking. We train professionals in the medical, law enforcement, hospitality, and education sectors to recognize signs of trafficking and help survivors work towards healing and restoration.
“There is a limited amount of awareness,” said Paul Azinger. “Those gathered here today are committed to a solution. We are doing everything we can to make people aware of the problem of human trafficking. We will continue to help contribute funds in order to save as many victims as possible – one person at a time.”
