Dr. Jerry Haag Joins Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez for Human Trafficking Awareness Event
In a press conference on Wednesday, One More Child President and CEO Dr. Jerry Haag stood alongside Florida Lieutenant Governor Jeanette Nuñez, Florida DCF Secretary Shevaun Harris, and other stakeholders to continue the fight against human trafficking. As an organization committed to this cause, One More Child recognizes January as Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
“I want every trafficking survivor out there to know that we see you, we are standing with you, and we will not stop fighting for you,” stated Dr. Haag on the steps of the Florida Capitol. These sentiments reflect the heart of our organization that has mission to bring Christ-centered services to vulnerable children and families.
