Each local Orphan Sunday event is customized and individualized by the coordinator. Past events have included Sunday morning sermons, prayer gatherings, educational seminars, video showings focusing on the orphan crisis, Sunday School class events, student-led fundraisers, foster and adoptive family recruiting, live concerts and more.
Here are three ways you can host an event to make a difference:
Sign Up for a Diaper Drive
Collect much needed diapers for children served through One More Child.
Fill a crib with diapers, build a diaper tower (stack diapers to the ceiling), host a diaper derby, host a baby shower, or collect “diaper change” in jars to provide a diaper change to a child in need. We can’t wait to hear the fun ways you collect diapers and help us meet a tangible need for a child. Sign Up Here!
Create Your Own Event
Our goal is to bring hope to hurting and neglected children. We need you!
Customize your own event and families the opportunity to sponsor a precious child through One More Child.
It could be a prayer gathering, Sunday morning sermon (request an OMC speaker), educational seminar, hosting a movie/documentary on the orphan crisis, student-led fundraisers, hosting a foster care/adoption information recruitment event, live concerts, or missions fairs. Have fun, be creative and take action for a child.

Maybe you’ve experienced the joy of loving on the children on a mission trip. Maybe you are a foster parent and how every extra diaper helps. Or maybe you are the person who garners 500 likes from a simple Facebook post because people gravitate to you.
