Jose is an inspiring, young boy living in Nicaragua. Through the grace of God and the support of One More Child’s sponsorship program, Jose has demonstrated incredible resilience in the face of the adversity that has deeply impacted both him and his family.
Those who know him describe Jose “as holding onto God’s hand.”
Currently in 3rd grade, Jose consistently assists with church activities, always with joy in his heart to worship God. Jose dressed as a Power Ranger when he delivered a thoughtful presentation honoring mothers as the “Family Heroes” for his church on Mother’s Day.
We praise God for Jose’s example of strength and creativity for his family and church community and for the profound impact he undoubtedly has on those around him. One More Child celebrates his journey and looks forward to witnessing the many more wonderful things he will accomplish in the future.
